1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform and purchasing social logs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Social Logs

Social logs are digital products that may include social media accounts, templates, or other related materials. Each social log is sold "as is", with descriptions provided in good faith based on available information. Private details provided in the purchase are for your use only and must not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third party.

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Provide accurate personal and payment information during the checkout process.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, and we do not store your payment information on our servers. Discounts or coupon codes, if available, must be applied during checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Purchases of social logs are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payments or significant discrepancies in product descriptions.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before delivery of private details. After delivery, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Delivery of Private Details

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the private details of the purchased social log. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please contact us through our communication channels.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use purchased social logs for illegal activities, including fraud, impersonation, or spamming. We reserve the right to block or ban users who misuse our products or violate these terms.

8. Ownership and Licensing

The private details of purchased social logs are provided for your exclusive use. Ownership of the original account or data remains with the seller or platform as applicable. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased content solely for the intended purpose.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
